i don't know much about cars, so my word is worth precisely what you paid for it. i brought my vehicle in for inspection today, based on the other stellar reviews here on yelp. i can only echo what others had to say. i spoke with a gentleman named Kevin who was delightfully kind, respectful, and helpful. my car needed a bit of work -- 2 new tires, some repair work to the parking brake, new brake lights, and something or other involving my center mount -- but even with the work that needed to be done, i dropped my car off around 9:30 in the morning and had it back by 3 o'clock. their pricing was very fair and i received quite a detailed report. i have another vehicle which i need to get legal. once i get a license plate and registration on that puppy, Good's will be my first stop to get it inspected and legal. i live in Lancaster proper, but have no problem taking my cars out to Lititz if it means i can be treated to the excellent customer service & quick yet thorough & skillful work i experienced with Good's! thanks, guys! :-) another satisfied customer over here!

I started going to Good's a few years ago. I only have good things to say. I have to agree with other reviews. Very curious and thoughtful. Easy to schedule appointments. I definitely like the reports. Not only are they thorough, but if possible they give you options on how to remedy the issue. And particularly impressive to me as a woman, they don't talk down to me or assume I know nothing about cars which is nice because I actually do know some). They also send out reminder and coupons for regular services such as oil change, tune-ups, and inspection.
