PA state inspection. Great service, loaner car when needed, in and out quickly.

My wife and I drove to Lititz for a short vacation from our house because our house is trying to kill us. Well on the drive to Lititz our tire picked-up a piece of metal and was down to 21 PSI so we limped into Lititz checked into our hotel, called AAA and they recommended Good's Auto Service. I got Good's just before closing, left the car overnight and early the next morning they call the tire was fixed. I walked to the Garage and to my surprise they did not charge me because we were on vacation in Lititz. The staff was really great, very personable, great sense of humor, and very calm, cool and collected. I wish that they had a garage in the hell hole were I live we are four miles from White House.

I’ve been hopping around between a couple local garages, trying to find one that I feel comfortable sticking around with. After some not so great experiences at other shops and nothing but good ones so far here (no pun intended)… I think I’ve found my place. From the detailed diagnostic report to the superior communication - these guys make you feel like family and provide nothing but top-notch & trustworthy services along the way.

I had a great experience with getting my 1997 BMW Z3 inspected. Drop-off was easy. Text updates were great and informative. After hour pick-up was a breeze. Would highly recommend Good's Auto Service!!

I have been taking my car here for the last year or so, and cant express enough what a great job they do. Brian is very professional and caring towards his customers, something that lacks in a lot of service providers these days! I would also like to make it known, that trust in people is very important and i will totally admit as a female who knows nothing about cars or how they work; or even how to fix them, Brian n his crew have always been 100% straight foward n never tried to add on unnecessary charges or just take advantage of anyone like myself. That says it all about the people here!!! Thank you Brian and everyone else involved at Good’s you are an asset to this community and will always have my business!!!
