Good's did an outstanding job replacing all four struts and then diagnosing and fixing a related issue, but caused by vehicle's age-related wear. Great quality work! Highly recommend for all types of service!

It's my opinion. These guys are on top of their game. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. They communicate what might be need addressed at some point WITHOUT the upsell. Great customer service! Works with you on what is really needed or not for your vehicle. They also have loaner cars for the day if you still need to get around while they are working on your car.

Real and thoughtful customer service along with "fix it right the first time" automotive service from the owner and entire staff. We've lived in Lititz for almost 20 years and have been taking our cars to Good's for about the last 10 years. I wish I had known about them earlier! They are dedicated to staying up to date and knowledgeable on the latest developments in automotive technology. No matter what make and model of car you own, they'll know how, and have the equipment and technology to service your vehicle. They are excellent with communication (appointment reminders, calls and/or texts - depending on your preference - with updates on your service, or to let you know work has been completed and your vehicle is ready) and I have never once received any kind of "spam". This is automotive service at its finest. Good's is everything a family owned, local business should be and it's a pleasure to wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
