Recently relocated to the area, and finding a friendly, professional, ethical and trustworthy place for one's vehicle, not an easy task to tackle. We needed to have our vehicle inspected and was handled wonderfully. Brian was so polite, professional and pleasing and kept us in the loop from start to vehicle pick-up. I’m typically intimidated when I take my car to a shop, because I know very little about how cars work and what to expect. Good’s made every step of the process easy. Their friendly staff got me an appointment days before anyone else could. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Overall, it was a much better experience than what I’m used to. I highly recommend this place for those who dread going to get there car fixed.

Excellent service from beginning to end: very friendly over the phone as I called and asked whether they could take my car on very short notice. Very professional: they kept me updated by text and email (with report and pictures), they clearly explained the issues my car had. The work was done swiftly and for a reasonable price. I particularly appreciated Brian's friendliness over the phone and in-person. This was my first time using Good's Auto Service and I will definitely stay with them. I highly recommend this business.
