Girlfriend came in with car for inspection when they asked her for a tool she would not even know existed they denied service because apparently it's a " liability" to help a mother with a child in a stroller locate said tool within the car you'd be driving and servicing. Straight clowns. Talked to several different mech. And they all said any mech would know where to locate tool this was completely unprofessional and lazy

David, We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the frustration surrounding the lug nut key. Unfortunately, there is no standardized location that the lug nut key is kept. We have decided that we need to change our policy for how the lug nut key is handled, and by doing so, we will hopefully better educate the vehicle owner to the location and the importance of the lug nut key.
