First time using Good's, as I am new to the neighborhood. Brian Macsi the service manager was super nice, answering all my questions. They had a convenient drop your car off system, where they provides envelopes, pens etc, if you want to drop it off the night before. You just fill out the info, put your keys and such in it, then into the door slot. After they assessed my car, they sent a detailed text msg, with pictures showing their recommended actions. You agree to the work, then they text you when done. Shop is just very organized, and fast. They even vacuumed the driver area of my car as a courtesy. Highly Recommend

Easy to work with. Diagnostic advice is generally conservative, that is, erring on the side of preventive maintenance. However, because of this they bring up items that one might not think about, so good. Also good is that they will talk you through it and not be pushing you where you might not want to go .

Since we have moved to the coolest small town in America now 9 years ago, one of the best decisions my wife and I have made was getting my car serviced at Good's Automotive Service.
