I have been coming to Good's Auto Service since the late 1980's. Just lately I had an older Buick Riviera stop dead with no advance warning or usual symptoms. I had it towed to the shop and they had it diagnosed and running by noon the next day. You can tell each member of the team really enjoys automobiles and cares for every car like it is his own. Why go anywhere else???

Quality of service is excellent. We take all of our vehicles there for routine service and needed repairs. Everyone who works there is polite and friendly and willing to explain their recommendations and services needed. Would recommend to everyone.

Good's is a very reliable place to get your car fixed. In a world where it is difficult to trust car mechanics, you can trust Craig and the boys to not nickel and dime you. They are trustworthy guys and I have never had a problem with extra additional costs. They tell it like it is. Thanks guys.

My experience with Goods has always been excellent. Owning an older car ensures that I will be visiting him on occasion, often with unusual and occasionally bizarre occurrences. Thankfully, he has always been able to diagnose and fix the problem even when a side window, unexpectedly, fell down into the door frame. Mr. Good is a Godsend and his service is always far more than one could normally expect even from the owner of a business. I highly recommend him and his mechanics if you have any trouble with your vehicle.

i don't know much about cars, so my word is worth precisely what you paid for it. i brought my vehicle in for inspection today, based on the other stellar reviews here on yelp. i can only echo what others had to say. i spoke with a gentleman named Kevin who was delightfully kind, respectful, and helpful. my car needed a bit of work -- 2 new tires, some repair work to the parking brake, new brake lights, and something or other involving my center mount -- but even with the work that needed to be done, i dropped my car off around 9:30 in the morning and had it back by 3 o'clock. their pricing was very fair and i received quite a detailed report. i have another vehicle which i need to get legal. once i get a license plate and registration on that puppy, Good's will be my first stop to get it inspected and legal. i live in Lancaster proper, but have no problem taking my cars out to Lititz if it means i can be treated to the excellent customer service & quick yet thorough & skillful work i experienced with Good's! thanks, guys! :-) another satisfied customer over here!
