I was very pleased with the service but disappointed with how the office staff treated me as a female car owner. After scheduling the appointment and filling out the long form at the key drop off, including my name, phone number, and car registration in my name, the office staff somehow figured out I live at the same address as my husband and called him to tell him my car was ready for pickup. I received no phone call though I waited all day. The service sheet and billing listed only my husbands name and phone number, not my own. I will not do further business with companies that discriminate in this way.

I love this place! I've had several shops try to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. Until I found Goods I would never get work done without having them talk to my husband first. At Goods they take care of me and my vehicle as if I were family. They always explain things in a way I understand, and let me know of potential problems they see in my van or in others like mine. They even told me what the best new van would be, and checked it out when I emailed them the specs of a van I was considering!

I work in Lititz and live elsewhere. They were able to get my car done in the time frame I needed, and the price was decent. They also suggested upcoming repairs instead of talking me into the repair then and there like most shops would've of done. I definitely felt that I could trust them.
